One celeb makeup artist I know, Jamie Marie Kern, swears by what you could call a makeup boob job.To make smallish breasts appear larger, Kern recommends using a matte waterproof bronzer or powder that’s about three shades darker than your skin tone. Apply from the inside of your cleavage up over your actual breast line, then brush on a little waterproof highlighting powder or apply some MAC strobe cream to the top of breasts. This’ll catch light and create the illusion of fullness. To make breasts look more “lifted,” Kern says to “dust or smear cream or powder highlighter or even shimmery moisturizer on the top of breasts—it’ll make them appear higher.” Need a little reduction? Use a waterproof matte bronzer across the top of your breasts to make ‘em seem a little smaller.
